Update 6/9/2024

1. Thank you, family. As stated on 5/4/2024 the new deadline for the reunion registration fee was set to June 10th, 2024, tomorrow.   It had been moved from the original deadline of May 31st, 2024.
2. There is a poll you can take to register for transportation to the meet and greet Friday 6/21 and picnic 6/22 Saturday if you need it. You can register here
3. After reading the following registration details you may register for the reunion via this Link
4. Hotel registration is separate from reunion registration and be found at this Link. There is a free shuttle from/to the airport if you stay at the South Pointe hotel.
5. All requests for hotel rooms at the reunion group rate must be received no later than May 31, 2024. After that hotel rates revert back to the regular hotel rate.
6. May 15th was the DEADLINE for T-shirt orders ( You will be able to choose a t-shirt style(s) during registration ). Any additional shirts ordered after May 15th incur an extra charge.
7. Reunion fees cover: Food at every family event for the reunion over 3 days, one t-shirt ( additional t-shirts are extra ) and help cover the cost of the venues for the Friday meet and greet, Saturday picnic, and Sunday brunch. It also covers Sprinters ( vehicles ) to and from the park for Saturday’s event.

Registration fees are outlined as:

• Adults ( Defined as age 18 and above ) pay $150 ( $150 per adult covers the entire reunion ).
• Youth ( Defined as age 5 to 17 ) pay $75 ( $75 per youth covers the entire reunion )
• Children ( Defined as 4 and under ) have free registration
• If you do not want to attend Friday, you may pay for Saturday and or Sunday only. For Adults, this would be $50 per day, youth $25 per day. You may not choose to only pay for Friday and not come to any other events. If you pay for Friday, you must pay the full fee for the entire weekend.
