Update 5/4/2024

  1. Thank you, family. The new deadline for the reunion registration fee is May 30th, 2024.
  2. After reading the following registration details you may register for the reunion via this Link
  3. Hotel registration is separate from reunion registration and be found at this Link. There is a free shuttle from/to the airport if you stay at the South Pointe hotel.
  4. All requests for hotel rooms at the reunion group rate must be received no later than May 31, 2024. After that hotel rates revert back to the regular hotel rate.
  5. May 15th is the DEADLINE for T-shirt orders ( You will be able to choose a t-shirt style(s) during registration ). Also, there is a 50 count minimum for any shirt chosen other than the majority voted one (A).  If extra shirts will be available they will cost $20 for Adult S-XL, $30 2X-4X, $15 Kids
  6. Reunion fees cover: Food at every family event for the reunion over 3 days, one t-shirt ( additional t-shirts are extra ) and help cover the cost of the venues for the Friday meet and greet, Saturday picnic, and Sunday brunch.

Registration fees are outlined as:

  • Adults ( Defined as age 18 and above ) pay $150 ( $150 per adult covers the entire reunion ).
  • Youth ( Defined as age 5 to 17 ) pay $75 ( $75 per youth covers the entire reunion )
  • Children ( Defined as 4 and under ) have free registration

2. You can also pay your reunion registration fee via check.

We are excited to 1 T-shirt is included in the $150 registration fee for the reunion. Extra t-shirts beyond the 1 included t-shirt come at an additional cost.

Welcome, welcome, welcome!!!  The purpose of this reunion is for all of us as descendants of Alex ( Ellick ) Williams to come together in unity and the spirit of family.

The reunion will start June 21st, 2024 Friday in Las Vegas, Nevada and run through June 23rd, Sunday, 2024

Price Varies According to Age

Update as of 4/21/2024

At this time we are asking all reunion attendees ( including amount to cover each child ) to pay the following prices according to age:

  • Adults Age 18 and Up ( One payment of  $150 per adult covers the entire 3 days ) or you can pay $50 per day you plan to attend
  • Youth ages 5 to 17 ( One time payment of $75 covers the entire 3 days ) or you can pay $25 per day each youth plans to attend
  • Children age 4 and under are admitted for free

Cost of hotel accommodations is separate from the reunion fee. See menu at top of page on how to register for the hotel
